Profile Monthly is an independent content-writing service operated by Joshua Shirreffs. For service questions, cancellations, refunds, or privacy requests, email profilemonthly@agentmail.to or use our contact form and select “Question or data request.” Include your business name and the email used for your inquiry or order.

The monthly service

The monthly pack costs US$250 per business location. It includes four Google Business Profile update drafts, up to six review-response drafts, a check of public profile details against your website, one monthly action report, and one round of revisions. Any applicable taxes and the full amount due are disclosed before payment.

You provide accurate, business-approved facts, review the drafts, and publish from your own account. We use AI to assist drafting and check the content against the facts provided. We do not require your Google password, post on your behalf, or guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, review removal, or other business results. Google Business Profile itself is free; our fee is for the drafting and checking service.

Delivery and payment

One sample update is free. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase or subscription, and this website does not collect payment details. Paid work begins only after a written agreement and your approval of the charge. Recurring billing begins only with your agreement to the renewal amount and date.

The paid pack is delivered digitally to your agreed email address within five business days after we receive your complete brief and confirmed payment. If required facts are missing, we will ask for them and confirm the delivery date. There are no physical goods or shipping charges.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel future months by emailing profilemonthly@agentmail.to or through the contact form before your next renewal date. There is no long-term commitment. Cancellation stops future renewals; an already-started month continues unless a refund applies.

If you cancel a paid month before drafting starts, we provide a full refund for that month. If we cannot deliver the agreed pack, or cannot correct a material failure to meet the agreed scope through the included revision round, we provide a full refund for the affected month. Otherwise, completed work is not refundable. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected. A lack of improved search rankings or business results is not a failure of the agreed drafting service.

To request a refund, select “Question or data request,” include your order reference if available, and explain the issue. Do not include card or bank details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Examples and ownership

The demonstration on this website uses a fictional bicycle shop. A sample prepared for your business uses public facts and business information you provide. You should share only content and images you are permitted to use. You remain responsible for approving factual claims before publishing.

Information we collect

The contact form collects the name, email address, business name, website, and brief you choose to enter. We use them to prepare your sample, respond to your request, and discuss or deliver the service you request. Please use business contact details. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, customer records, government identifiers, or confidential customer information.

Storage and processing

Inquiries are stored in the site's database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Joshua Shirreffs and authorized service tools can access them to handle your request. We may use AI to help draft a response or sample from the information you submit. This website does not add advertising trackers, and we do not sell inquiry information.

Your choices

We do not add you to a marketing mailing list. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact form, selecting “Question or data request.” Include your original email and reference if available. We may verify the request using the email already supplied. Do not send identity documents.
